    • "Advertiser (Merchant)" refers to businesses that offer products/services and engage with publishers for affiliate marketing.
    • "User" refers to any visitor accessing Rinkuya, including publishers and advertisers.
    • "Affiliate Link" refers to unique tracking links provided by Rinkuya to publishers.
    • "Commission" refers to the earnings generated through publisher referrals.

    2. Account Registration & Eligibility

    2.1 General Requirements

    To use Rinkuya, you must:

    • Provide accurate registration details, including valid email, contact information, and payment details.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding digital marketing and data protection.

    2.2 Publisher Registration

    • Maintain accurate payment and tax information.
    • Use affiliate links in compliance with ethical marketing practices and applicable laws.
    • Not engage in fraudulent activities such as cookie stuffing, click fraud, or misleading advertising.

    2.3 Advertiser (Merchant) Registration

    • Provide transparent terms for commissions, payment structures, and affiliate promotions.
    • Not promote misleading or prohibited products/services.
    • Accept Rinkuya's tracking and analytics system as the final determination of commissions.

    3. Use of the Platform

    3.1 Permitted Use

    You may use Rinkuya only for lawful and ethical marketing purposes. Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

    3.2 Prohibited Activities

    • Use automated tools or bots to manipulate traffic or clicks.
    • Distribute spam or unsolicited emails containing affiliate links.
    • Promote content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or contains malware.
    • Engage in any behavior that violates our Privacy Policy, security standards, or applicable laws.

    4. Data Protection & Privacy

    Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

    • How we collect, store, and process personal data.
    • Publisher and advertiser responsibilities in handling user data.
    • Cookie tracking and opt-out options for users.

    Failure to adhere to privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    5.1 Ownership

    • All content, software, logos, and trademarks on Rinkuya are the property of Rinkuya or its licensors.
    • Users may NOT copy, modify, or distribute platform assets without prior consent.

    5.2 Publisher & Advertiser Content

    • Publishers and advertisers retain ownership of their content but grant Rinkuya a license to use and display it for marketing purposes.
    • You may not use copyrighted materials or trademarks without permission.

    6. Account Suspension & Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Fraudulent activities such as fake clicks, spam, or commission manipulation.
    • Non-compliance with terms, advertising policies, or legal regulations.
    • Security threats or repeated policy violations.

    Users may appeal account terminations by contacting support within 30 days.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    7.1 Resolution Process

    • Disputes should first be addressed through customer support.
    • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to third-party mediation or legal action.

    7.2 Governing Law

    These terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate court jurisdiction.

    Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
